Help My Tech was established in 2023 by Russell Chesters and Steve Richards. Based in Chester, the company was born out of their passion for technology and over 40 years combined experience in the IT support industry. After their previous employer retired and closed the business, Russell and Steve decided to branch out on their own. Their mission is to support businesses with their tech and IT needs, from single-person home offices to large companies with extensive infrastructures.

All clients from the old company moved to Help My Tech after we opened because they trusted the high service standards we deliver. We always do what we say we will do, striving to provide the best support for our clients' IT systems.
